Disturbing news coming out of Egypt as authorities crackdown on Homosexuals. We’re talking old-school rounding up, locking up, beating up - gestapo style. Yes: torture. What makes this even worse is that it appears as though the five men who were just sentenced to three years in prison yesterday for “habitual practice of debauchery” — Egyptian for gay, are being targeted because of their HIV status. This is an outrage.
What can you do? Call your elected officials and demand they speak out against this injustice! Aren’t we tired of hearing these sort of news stories?!?! I know I am.
